Level-1 - Tai Chi Circle Form
This basic Tai Chi form consist of two Yang Tai Chi Chuan
postures. "Grasping the birds tail" and "single whip".

These postures are repeated three times in each direction,
circling left, then circling right.

This form will improve balance, coordination, relaxation &
promote smooth circulation of Chi.
